We aim to create as true a colour likeness as possible. But, because all monitors and smartphone screens vary, there may be a slight difference in the colour of the products.

Each doll is handmade so no two dolls are exactly the same.

Our items are handmade on an order basis. Therefore, please expect to receive your orders within 7 to 10 business days after payment clears. International delivery may vary.<\/p>

Please ensure that the correct delivery details are captured at checkout. Any unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a delivery charge to be resent.

We ship worldwide using\u00a0DHL Services. We send orders via registered mail and may require a signature upon arrival.<\/p>

International deliveries may incur additional custom charges, which vary depending on your country. Please check your country\u2019s policy before purchasing. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>
