Our items are only for private use, and not for commercial use.
All designs remain the sole copyright of With Love Zoe (Pty) Ltd.
We aim to create as true a colour likeness as possible. But, because all monitors and smartphone screens vary, there may be a slight difference in the colour of the products.
Each doll is handmade so no two dolls are exactly the same.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Overview
Our items are hand made to order, therefore all orders are final and non-refundable and we do not accept any returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping & Delivery
Overview
Our items are handmade on an order basis. Therefore, please expect to receive your orders within 7 to 10 business days after payment clears. International delivery may vary.
Please ensure that the correct delivery details are captured at checkout. Any unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a delivery charge to be resent.
We ship worldwide using DHL Services. We send orders via registered mail and may require a signature upon arrival.
International deliveries may incur additional custom charges, which vary depending on your country. Please check your country’s policy before purchasing. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
